Where is Crunchyroll Expo 2020?

Crunchyroll Expo takes place in the San Jose McEnery Convention Center. Located at 150 W San Carlos St. in sunny San Jose, California, it's close to numerous hotels, airports, and cities including San Jose and San Francisco.

When is Crunchyroll Expo 2020?

Crunchyroll Expo is September 4-6, 2020. We are also planning a Premiere Party on September 3, 2020. A separate ticket will be required for the Premiere Party. See www.crunchyrollexpo.com for updates.

Do I Need a Ticket to Attend Crunchyroll Expo 2020?

All attendees 6 years old and up need a ticket in order to enter Crunchyroll Expo, and all children under 13 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times while attending. We recommend all individuals under the age of 18 attend with a parent or legal guardian.

How Do I Buy Tickets?

You can purchase tickets starting on November 26, 2019 through the link at www.crunchyrollexpo.com. Please note all ticket sales are final, and tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be reproduced, resold or upgraded.

Will There be Shuttles Between the Hotels and the Convention Center?

Most of our hotels are located within a few blocks of the convention center, so we will not be offering a shuttle program.

Is There Childcare Onsite at Crunchyroll Expo?

All children under the age of 13 are to be supervised by an adult at all times while attending Crunchyroll Expo. We do not provide childcare.

Anti-Harassment Policy

Crunchyroll Expo is an open celebration of anime and its fans, and harassment of any kind is the opposite of the community we want to create.

Crunchyroll is committed to fostering an atmosphere where attendees can count on a safe, inclusive, and rewarding experience, and we have zero tolerance for harassment, groping, stalking, or inappropriate photography.

Harassment includes, but isn't limited to, verbal defamation based on gender, gender identity, or gender expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, or religion; deliberate intimidation; following or stalking; forceful or non-consensual photography or recording; sustained disruptions; and non-consensual physical contact or sexual attention.

If you feel uncomfortable or harassed during Crunchyroll Expo, please speak with a staff or security member. If you engage in harassing conduct at Crunchyroll Expo, you could risk losing your badge or being removed from Crunchyroll Expo without refund. Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated at Crunchyroll Expo.

Bootleg and Anti-Piracy Policy

Crunchyroll Expo is committed to supporting the best of anime and manga. As such, counterfeit items, bootlegs, knock-offs, or other pirated items are not welcome at Crunchyroll Expo. Exhibitors selling counterfeit items may be removed from the event, banned from future editions of Crunchyroll Expo, and risk criminal prosecution.

Fanart and fan crafts are allowed in Artist Alley as long as the creator is at the table and the work follows our guidelines. We want to celebrate fans of anime and manga and their artistry, and we encourage original prints, crafts, comics, etc, but mass-produced fan works or fanworks that use, alter, or directly copy licensed, copyrighted material (including – but not limited to – character art, background art, logos, etc) fall under our bootleg policy and are prohibited.

Do not create buttons, pins, bags, keychains, T-Shirts, etc. with official art or any art that isn't yours. Don't trace, copy, or place Photoshop filters over someone else's work and call it your own. If you display fanart or fan-crafts which don't follow this guide, you may be asked to remove it from display by the Crunchyroll team or risk being removed from the show.

It is the responsibility of every exhibitor and artist to follow this policy.
